About Sheridan

Sheridan attended Brigham Young University and went on to graduate with a BA in music, vocal emphasis from Brigham Young University- Idaho. She obtained her graduate certification in Music Therapy from Shenandoah University Conservatory and is a Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC). Sheridan has 15+ years of private vocal coaching, has participated in five separate audition only Allstate Choirs, and performed on semi-professional level in several collegiate choirs. She completed her music therapy internship in Charlotte, NC, working with middle and high schoolers with individual and developmental disabilities. Sheridan has 3+ years experience of coaching private voice and piano students. She specializes in contemporary musical theatre and classical styles of singing.

Sheridan is the mama of two boys, ages 3 and 3 months, and has been married to her husband, Nathan, for 6 years. She met the love of her life as a camp counselor in the mountains of Utah and still enjoys hiking, biking, and just generally soaking in the sun! When she’s not singing or playing instruments, she’s baking, painting, or listening to her many audiobooks. She is an avid Disney goer, novice photographer, and lover of all things Broadway.

Sheridan believes that everyone is capable of creating joyful moments through meaningful musical experiences. Her goal is to support students in discovering their potential as musicians and to help them develop self-confidence as human beings. She finds immense joy in sharing her love of music with kindred souls, and is excited to be a part of your musical journey!
